This is a 2 year project funded by International Development Fund (IDF) and it began in June 2009. HEPS is reaching out to seven sub counties in seven districts of Kamwenge, Lira, Mbarara, Kiboga, Ntungamo, Pallisa and Budaka; empowering the community with health rights information. We are also coming up with recommendations that will foster establishment of an enabling law to handle health rights violations as well as engaging in Shadow reporting of health rights to coincide with national report by UHRC
