The    following    report    presents    the    results    of    the    survey    carried    out    by    HAI    and    in-country    partners    (Medicines    Transparency    Alliance    [MeTA]    Uganda)    in    July    2018    in    Uganda.

Based on median prices collected over time, a treatment cost has been prepared to make consumers aware of how much they spend on medicines for treatment.

The Take Stock project was an initiative by HEPS Uganda the Coalition for Health Promotion and Sustainable Development – to mobilize communities to take action to address stock-outs of contraceptives in hospitals and health centers.
