Last Week, HEPS-Uganda’s long serving Executive Director and founder Hon. Rosette K. Mutambi bid farewell as the organisations top executive after 15 years at the helm. This was during the annual general meeting which took place at the organisations secretariat in Kampala. Mr. Denis Kibira who has long been the Deputy Executive Director becomes the new Executive Director. This has come at the backdrop of launching HEPS-Uganda’s new strategic plan for the next five years (2016-2020) which Mr.Denis Kibira is credited of having spear headed.
