The pillar will be realized through approaches including; research, policy analysis, creation of an information hub, documentation, capacity building, continuous monitoring and evaluation. In this pillar, HEPS-Uganda aspires to increase access to health & socioeconomic information, documentation of health and socioeconomic best-practices & learnings, generation of new knowledge, creating and sustaining partnerships with academic institutions, creation and maintaining a diversified pool of research associates and linking researchers to policymakers and communities.
